• Due to recent global events potential delivery delays and service interruptions are expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If you complete your order on a weekday by 12:00 PM PT we will typically ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will ship the next business day.
• We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories.
• Orders are delivered via FedEx or USPS, depending on package size, weight and delivery location.
• The first counted day of transit is the first business day after your order ships. All delivery
times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect addresses, or Acts of God.
• We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

• The 1st counted day of transit is the day AFTER your order ships. This means that an order that is shipped on Monday should be delivered no later than Thursday.
• On the date of delivery, packages are typically delivered by end of day. View tracking information of your order for more up-to-date delivery information (allow 24-48 hours after shipping for tracking to update).
How Do I Track My Order/Has My Order Shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. Use the tracking number provided to follow your order.
My Order Never Arrived/It’s Been Delivered, But It’s Not Here!
If your packages show a status of “Delivered” or if the delivery window has passed and you do not have the package at your shipping address, please fill out the Contact Us form.
Should I Ship To My PO Box or My Street Address?
If you are unable to receive US Postal Service deliveries at your street address, we recommend that you enter your PO Box address.
Do You Ship Overseas Or To APO/FPO Addresses?
No, currently we only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii,
Alaska & US Territories excluding APO/FPO addresses.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders received by 12:00 PM PT Monday - Friday are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will ship the following business day (weekends and holidays are not counted as business days).
Please note: during the holidays orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
Orders are subject to credit approval and processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified.
When Will I Get My Order?
Priority Shipping: 3-4 Business Days
To calculate your delivery time, start from the business day after your ship date.
Please allow for weekends, holidays and/or inclement weather delays when calculating your ship time, and the day your order is shipped does not factor into the time in transit.

When Will I Get My Refund?
You will receive an email notification once we have processed your returns and issued the refund requested. Please note that the refund amount from SkedPlanner.com will be reflected on your credit card statement. The amount of time this takes to post depends on your bank’s processing time.
