Raspberries are low in calories but high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They may protect against diabetes, cancer, obesity, arthritis and other conditions and may even provide anti-aging effects. 

Blueberries are also low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins, manganese and are the king of antioxidants. They reduce DNA damage and they help maintain brain function and improve memory. They may also lower blood pressure, prevent heart disease, fight urinary tract infections, have anti-diabetes effects, and may reduce muscle damage from strenuous exercise.

Blackberries are high in fiber, vitamins and manganese. They help boost brain health and oral health.
